These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MissionToSystems.com (“the Site”), including the Founder Toolkit, any course content, and all other materials made available through this Site, operated by Sylvester Renner.

This Site and its contents are provided for educational and informational purposes. You may use the materials on this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without prior written permission.

2. Founder Toolkit — free tools

The Founder Toolkit is provided free of charge in exchange for your email address. The tools are templates intended to support your organizational development. They are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

You may use, adapt, and customize the tools for your own organization’s internal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent the tools as your own work or creation.

3. The book

Mission to Systems™: Building Institutions That Endure is sold through Amazon KDP and is subject to Amazon’s purchase and return policies. The book’s content is protected by copyright. No portion of the book may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission from the author, except for brief quotations for review or educational purposes.

4. Course and paid products

When the Mission to Systems™ Core System course becomes available, specific enrollment terms, refund policies, and access conditions will be published on the course page and incorporated into these terms by reference.

Until then, no paid products are offered through this Site.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, frameworks, tool names, the Mission to Systems™ name and mark, the Founder Readiness Index™, the Governance Maturity Doctrine™, and all other named frameworks — is the intellectual property of Sylvester Renner and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Nothing on this Site grants you any license or right to use any trademarked name, logo, or framework name without prior written permission.
